Passionn\u00e9e par la m\u00e9canique du corps Fanny s\u2019est imm\u00e9diatement sentie dans son \u00e9l\u00e9ment en int\u00e9grant cette technique de marche permettant d\u2019aborder tout espace de nature de mani\u00e8re consciente et coh\u00e9rente.&nbsp;&nbsp;Elle propose r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des sessions d\u2019initiation et de marche, profitant de chaque occasion pour faire d\u00e9couvrir les plus jolis coins de la petite montagne du Jura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecole-france-marche-afghane.fr\">En savoir plus sur la marche afghane.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Marie-Laure Hairie<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Enseignante de Yoga depuis 2013, j\u2019ai \u00e0 coeur de faire sortir le yoga des tapis. En adoptant une p\u00e9dagogie progressive, j\u2019invite chacun \u00e0 installer le yoga au centre de sa vie, comme une posture int\u00e9rieure, une disponibilit\u00e9 qui nous ouvre \u00e0 des perceptions plus fines, \u00e0 une possibilit\u00e9 d positionnement plus juste.
