Le questionnaire de sant\u00e9 et\/ou l&#8217;entretien pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la pratique sont indispensables pour partir dans la bonne direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Explorer les dimensions subtiles de l&#8217;\u00eatre<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les techniques utilis\u00e9es dans le Yoga de la Vitalit\u00e9 sont des techniques yoguiques traditionnelles ayant pour objectif d&#8217;\u00e9veiller l&#8217;\u00e9nergie subtile dans le corps et de voyager dans les diff\u00e9rents niveaux de conscience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces techniques permettent de d\u00e9velopper le ressenti subtil et de progresser dans la pratique. Elles constituent un axe de progression \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re pour toute personne engag\u00e9e dans une pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">Du 25 septembre au 3 octobre 2024 : Un premier cycle ax\u00e9 sur le premier foyer d&#8217;\u00e9nergie<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le Yoga de la Vitalit\u00e9 agit en premier lieu sur le renforcement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire et endocrinien. Il active notre premier foyer d\u2019\u00e9nergie&nbsp;: le ventre, les organes digestifs, l\u2019appareil reproductif, les gonades et les surr\u00e9nales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le premier cycle de 5 s\u00e9ances se concentrera sur ce premier foyer et sur l&#8217;acquisition de bases solides pour l&#8217;ex\u00e9cution des pranayamas : bandas (fermetures \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques), kumbakhas (suspensions du soufie \u00e0 poumon vide et \u00e0 poumons pleins), mobilisation du ventre et posture correcte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cycles suivant feront la place au travail sur le deuxi\u00e8me&nbsp;et le troisi\u00e8me&nbsp;foyer d\u2019\u00e9nergie, en concordance avec les glandes endocrines aff\u00e9rentes&nbsp;: thymus, thyro\u00efde, glandes pin\u00e9ales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">Les autres cycles :<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du 6 novembre au 4 d\u00e9cembre : <\/strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\"><strong>2\u00e8me foyer d&#8217;\u00e9nergie<\/strong> <\/span>(harmonisation du coeur et du thymus ; \u00e9quilibre de l&#8217;activit\u00e9 thyro\u00efdienne) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du 15 janvier au 12 f\u00e9vrier 2025 : <span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">3\u00e8me foyer d&#8217;\u00e9nergie<\/span><\/strong> (stimulation des glandes pin\u00e9ales, hypophyse et hypothalamus)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du 19 mars au 16 avril 2025 :<\/strong> Int\u00e9gration d&#8217;une <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">pratique compl\u00e8te<\/span><\/strong> , installation des visualisations et trajets d&#8217;\u00e9nergie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du 14 mai au 11 juin 2025 :  Int\u00e9gration d&#8217;une <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">pratique compl\u00e8te<\/span><\/strong> , installation des visualisations et trajets d&#8217;\u00e9nergie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">Modalit\u00e9s de participation<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sessions l<strong>es mercredis de 7h \u00e0 8h <\/strong>par cycles de 5 s\u00e9ances, selon planning. Les s\u00e9ances se d\u00e9roulent \u00e0 Louhans, \u00e0 mon domicile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque cycle revient syst\u00e9matiquement sur le premier foyer d&#8217;\u00e9nergie et les bases de la pratique, tout en int\u00e9grant progressivement les autres dimensions.
