D\u00e9butant par une forme de pr\u00e9-yoga, l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ve progresse \u00e0 son rythme dans une meilleure conscience de son corps physique et de son corps d&#8217;\u00e9nergie. Lorsque le d\u00e9placement du regard int\u00e9rieur accompagnant le mouvement devient \u00e9vident, la pratique devient fluide et agr\u00e9able, profond\u00e9ment r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les cours sont propos\u00e9s en petit groupe d&#8217;une dizaine de personnes, et par niveau, pour un meilleur accompagnement de chacun.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Hatha Yoga tous niveaux<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les s\u00e9ances insistent sur les bases de la pratique : qualit\u00e9 du souffle, contr\u00f4le du bassin, coordination des mouvements, recherche des alignements, ajustement dans les postures. La conscience du corps se d\u00e9veloppe progressivement, les bienfaits se font sentir en terme de sant\u00e9 du dos, gestion du stress, mieux \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Yoga doux<\/strong> et Yoga adapt\u00e9<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Forme de &#8220;pr\u00e9-yoga&#8221;, ces s\u00e9ances s&#8217;appuient sur des enchainements simples et des postures douces. Elles insistent sur le travail articulaire, les \u00e9tirements, la sant\u00e9 et la vitalit\u00e9 de la colonne vert\u00e9brale. Le <strong>Yoga doux<\/strong> re-d\u00e9veloppe la mobilit\u00e9 en prenant en compte les possibilit\u00e9s de chacun. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le yoga adapt\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong>permet \u00e0 toute personne avec des besoins sp\u00e9cifiques, limit\u00e9e dans ses mouvements, quelle qu\u2019en soit la raison (pathologie\u00a0<br>vert\u00e9brale ou articulaire, raideur posturale, surpoids ou autre) de pratiquer le yoga en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<br>\u200b<br>Des accessoires tels que chaises, briques, sangles, sont utilis\u00e9s pour permettre la mobilisation articulaire,\u00a0<br>\u200bl\u2019engagement musculaire, le travail d\u2019\u00e9tirement, de renforcement et de placement, en douceur, sans inconfort ni douleurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Yoga avanc\u00e9, pranayama et m\u00e9ditation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La pratique se fait plus consciente, plus int\u00e9rioris\u00e9e, plus compl\u00e8te. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration du corps,  la tenue des postures et les techniques avanc\u00e9es de contr\u00f4le du souffle am\u00e8nent naturellement \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tat m\u00e9ditatif. La pratique \u00e9volue vers une dimension plus subtile , \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Yoga de la Vitalit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Issu de la m\u00e9thode gpbalance de Yoga hormonal, le Yoga de la vitalit\u00e9 associe des exercices sp\u00e9cifiques de respirations, des postures et des visualisations pour un r\u00e9sultat puissant en terme de vitalit\u00e9 et d&#8217;\u00e9nergie. Il contribue \u00e0 la r\u00e9gulation hormonale \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes de la vie.
