{"id":1470,"date":"2021-07-14T18:11:28","date_gmt":"2021-07-14T16:11:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shantihome-yoga.fr\/?page_id=1470"},"modified":"2024-02-05T12:13:29","modified_gmt":"2024-02-05T11:13:29","slug":"quest-ce-que-le-yoga","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/shantihome-yoga.fr\/index.php\/quest-ce-que-le-yoga\/","title":{"rendered":"Qu&#8217;est-ce que le Yoga ?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3>Une pratique psycho-coporelle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e9e en Inde il y a 5000 ans,&nbsp;<strong>le Yoga est une pratique dite \u00ab&nbsp;psycho-corporelle&nbsp;\u00bb,&nbsp;<\/strong>qui propose un travail complet du<strong>&nbsp;CORPS&nbsp;<\/strong>et de l\u2019<strong>ESPRIT<\/strong>, visant&nbsp;<strong>un mieux-\u00eatre global<\/strong>.&nbsp; Elle est bas\u00e9e sur&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Le travail du corps<\/strong>&nbsp;: mobilit\u00e9, tonicit\u00e9, et recherche de la posture juste&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>La qualit\u00e9 du souffle<\/strong>&nbsp;: respiration consciente et profonde<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>L\u2019observation des ressentis<\/strong>&nbsp;: installation dans l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Le contr\u00f4le du mental<\/strong>&nbsp;: apaisement de l\u2019esprit, concentration et m\u00e9ditation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le but du Yoga est la d\u00e9couverte en soi d&#8217;un \u00e9tat de paix int\u00e9rieur d\u00e9coulant du contr\u00f4le du corps, du souffle, des sens et du mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Aux origines du Yoga&#8230;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les textes de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence du Yoga &#8211; dont, les textes fondateurs&nbsp;<em>Hatha Yoga Pradipika<\/em>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<em>Yoga Sutra de Patanjali <\/em>&#8211; sont vieux de plusieurs milliers d\u2019ann\u00e9es. Issus de l\u2019Inde ancienne ils constituent un corpus passionnant qui reste encore maintenant la source vivante d\u2019une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de pratiques. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces textes placent le sens d\u2019une vie humaine dans la perspective d\u2019un d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019\u00eatre et de la r\u00e9alisation pleine et enti\u00e8re de ses potentiels. Leur message est non seulement d\u2019une incroyable actualit\u00e9 mais il est aussi compris un peu mieux chaque jour gr\u00e2ce aux recherches actuelles en neurosciences et en physique quantique qui d\u00e9montrent ce que les sages indiens, les RISHIS, ont re\u00e7u en m\u00e9ditation il y a plus de 5000 ans et transmis dans une chaine interrompue jusqu\u2019\u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cela nous vivons une \u00e9poque formidable&nbsp;!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Hatha Yoga&nbsp;: Qu\u2019est-ce que c\u2019est&nbsp;vraiment ?&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les yogas enseign\u00e9s aujourd&#8217;hui viennent du <em>Hatha Yoga Pradipika<\/em>, texte de 5000 ans, compilant des enseignements plus anciens encore issus de deux eta,ches principales, le yoga asc\u00e9tique mettant l&#8217;accent sur les postures et le contr\u00f4le du corps, du souffle  et la m\u00e9ditation (asanas, pranayama, dharana), ; le tantrisme mettant l&#8217;accent sur l&#8217;\u00e9nergie (nadis, chakras, kundalini).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par diff\u00e9renciation avec d&#8217;autres \u00e9coles de yoga modernes, le Hatha Yoga est un yoga classique qui allie \u00e0 la fois un travail pr\u00e9cis sur le corps et en m\u00eame temps le d\u00e9veloppement des ressentis \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mot YOGA lui m\u00eame vient de la racine sanscrite YUG qui peut \u00eatre traduite par UNION.\u00a0HA repr\u00e9sente la polarit\u00e9 solaire de la vie, et THA la polarit\u00e9 lunaire. Les deux forment l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre des \u00e9nergies comme le YIN et le YANG dans l&#8217;approche \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique traditionelle chinoise. HATHA YOGA\u00a0se comprend alors comme \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019Union du Soleil et de la Lune, l&#8217;harmonisation des polarit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque les polarit\u00e9s, les antagonismes, la sensation de dualit\u00e9 voir de conflit int\u00e9rieur sont d\u00e9pass\u00e9s, le mental s\u2019absorbe dans l&#8217;harmonie. Advient alors un sentiment d\u2019unit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00eatre, un \u00e9tat de f\u00e9licit\u00e9 appel\u00e9 SAMADHI. Le Yoga est \u00e0 la fois cet \u00e9tat \u00e0 atteindre et le chemin pour y arriver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La pratique du Yoga est la m\u00e9thode qui, passant par le contr\u00f4le du corps, le contr\u00f4le du souffle et du mental, am\u00e8ne progressivement \u00e0 la MEDITATION et au SAMADHI<\/strong>.
